Important: These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you as a member and s9asia as the platform operator. By registering, making a deposit, or using any part of the s9asia platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms stated herein. Section 1: Definitions & Scope of Agreement

In this Terms & Conditions document, various terms are used with specific meanings to ensure clarity in the agreement between s9asia and its members. Understanding these definitions is important before you continue using the platform.

  • "S9Asia" or "Platform" — refers to the website, mobile application, and all online services operated under the domain s9asia.xyz.
  • "Member" or "User" or "You" — refers to any individual who has registered an account or accessed the s9asia platform.
  • "Account" — refers to the personal account registered by a member on the s9asia platform to access all available services.
  • "Bet" or "Wager" — referring to any financial stake placed through the s9asia platform across any game category or sport.
  • "Account Balance" — refers to the total funds available in your s9asia account at any given time, including cash and bonus credits.
  • "Bonus Credit" — refers to funds credited by s9asia as a promotion, welcome bonus, VIP cashback, or other rewards that are subject to specific conditions before they can be withdrawn.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all use of the platform s9asia, including but not limited to Sports Betting (Malaysia Super League, EPL, badminton), Live Casino games (baccarat, roulette), table games, slots, e-sports (MPL Malaysia, Valorant), and all promotional programmes and the VIP Rewards Programme.

Section 2: Member Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the platform s9asia, you must fully meet the following eligibility requirements:

You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. S9Asia conducts age verification during registration and reserves the right to request proof of age documents (such as a copy of your IC or passport) at any time. Any account found to be held by an individual under 18 years of age will be suspended immediately and all balances related to betting activity will be forfeited.

One Account Per Individual

Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account at s9asia. Registering multiple accounts under the same name, phone number, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited. If s9asia detects multiple account registrations, all accounts involved may be suspended and balances forfeited.

2.3
Accurate Registration Information

During registration, you are required to provide truthful, complete, and current information. This includes your full name as shown on your ID, an active phone number, and any other requested details. S9Asia reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals above a certain amount. Registering with a false identity or using another person's information is a serious violation that may result in permanent suspension.

Geographic Regions

Platform s9asia is intended specifically for users in Malaysia. While the platform may be accessible from other locations, s9asia is not responsible for any legal implications that may arise from use of the platform outside permitted regions. Users are solely responsible for ensuring their use of the platform complies with their local laws.

Section 3: Account Security & Password

Account security s9asia yours is a shared responsibility. While we invest seriously in security infrastructure, you as the account holder also play a vital role in ensuring your account is not misused.

  • You are solely responsible for keeping your s9asia account password and login details confidential. Do not share your password with anyone, including family members.
  • S9Asia encourages all members to enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an added layer of security. This can be done through your account settings.
  • If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact the s9asia support team immediately via live chat or email at support@s9asia.xyz.
  • S9Asia will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or any other communication channel. Any communication requesting such sensitive information should be treated as fraudulent.
  • All activity under your account — including betting, deposits, and withdrawals — is considered to have been carried out by you personally, unless you have reported an account compromise to s9asia.

Important Note: S9Asia will not be held liable for any losses arising from an account holder's negligence in safeguarding their login credentials. Protect your password the same way you would protect your online banking password.

Section 4: Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the platform s9asia conducted in MYR via recognised local payment methods.

4.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

  • The minimum deposit amount is RM10 each transaction.
  • Deposits are processed instantly upon confirmation of payment from the payment gateway.
  • S9Asia does not charge any processing fees for deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges — please check directly with your provider.
  • All deposited funds must originate from an account or wallet registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted unless specifically approved by s9asia.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms & Procedures

  • The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30 each transaction.
  • Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the deposit, except in specific situations approved by the s9asia team.
  • Withdrawal processing speed depends on the member's VIP tier: Silver (~3 minutes), Gold (~2 minutes), Platinum (<1 minute), Diamond (instant).
  • S9Asia reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) before processing withdrawals exceeding RM5,000 or in cases deemed necessary by our security team.
  • Bonus credits cannot be withdrawn directly. They must meet the rollover requirements specified in their respective bonus terms before becoming eligible for withdrawal.
  • Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld if there is suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a terms violation currently under investigation.

Section 5: Bonuses, Promotions & VIP Programme

S9Asia offers a range of bonuses and promotions to members, including a welcome bonus, weekly VIP cashback, and tier upgrade rewards. All promotional offers are subject to the following terms:

Rollover Requirements (Wagering Requirements)

Every bonus issued by s9asia carries a rollover requirement that must be met before any portion of the bonus credit becomes eligible for withdrawal. The rollover requirement means you must wager a specified amount — typically expressed as a multiple of the bonus value (e.g., 5× means a MYR 100 bonus requires MYR 500 in wagers) — before the funds can be withdrawn. The specific rollover requirement for each promotion is stated on its respective promotions page at s9asia.

5.2
One Bonus Per Offer Per Member

Every bonus and promotional offer at s9asia may only be claimed once per member unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotional terms. Attempting to claim the same bonus more than once through multiple accounts or using different registration details is a serious violation of these terms.

5.3
Bonus Validity Period

All bonus credits carry an expiry period as stated in their respective promotional terms. If rollover requirements are not fulfilled within the specified timeframe, any remaining bonus credits will expire automatically and cannot be reinstated. S9Asia is not responsible for reminding members of bonus credit expiry dates.

5.4
VIP Rewards Programme

The s9asia VIP Rewards Programme has four tiers — Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond — each with its own set of benefits. Tier upgrades happen automatically once the required XP points threshold is reached. S9Asia reserves the right to modify XP point accrual rates, VIP tier benefits, or the overall VIP programme structure at any time with reasonable notice to affected members. XP points already accumulated prior to any changes will be retained.

5.5
Right to Void Bonuses

S9Asia reserves the right to withdraw, void, or modify any bonus or promotional offer at any time if there is evidence of abuse, system manipulation, or breach of terms. All decisions made by s9asia regarding bonus claims are final.

Section 6: General Betting Rules

Betting on the platform s9asia covers a wide range of categories including Sports Betting (Malaysia Super League, EPL, BWF badminton), live baccarat, table games, slots, and e-sports. The following general rules apply to all bet types:

  • All confirmed bets are final and cannot be cancelled, except in specific circumstances permitted by s9asia (such as match cancellation prior to kick-off).
  • S9Asia reserves the right to void bets placed on incorrectly displayed odds resulting from a technical error. In such cases, the bet will be cancelled and the full stake returned to the member's account balance.
  • If a sporting event is cancelled or postponed by more than 24 hours from its scheduled time, all bets related to that event will be voided and stakes fully refunded.
  • For live betting, odds may change at any time. Bets already confirmed at a specific set of odds will not be affected by any odds changes occurring after confirmation.
  • The maximum single bet amount varies depending on the game category, market type, and the member's VIP tier. These bet limits can be viewed within the respective betting sections on the s9asia platform.
  • S9Asia reserves the right to limit or decline bets from any member without providing a reason, particularly where there is suspicion of irregular activity.

Section 7: Prohibited Conduct

To maintain a fair and safe environment for all members s9asia, the following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension:

Fraud & Manipulation
  • Using automated software, bots, or scripts to manipulate games or the betting process
  • Manipulating betting outcomes through collusion with other players or third parties
  • Exploiting technical errors or system bugs to gain an unfair advantage
Bonus Abuse
  • Registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once
  • Using betting strategies designed solely to fulfil bonus rollover requirements without genuine risk
  • Sharing or transferring bonus credits between accounts
Money Laundering
  • Using the s9asia platform for money laundering or illegal financing purposes
  • Making repeated deposits and withdrawals without meaningful betting activity solely for the purpose of transferring funds
  • Using funds from illegal sources for gambling
Identity & Account Fraud
  • Registering using a false identity or another person's identity without their consent
  • Allowing another person to use your account or using another person's account
  • Concealing material information during the identity verification (KYC) process

Section 8: Account Suspension & Closure

S9Asia reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any member account under the following circumstances, without prior notice:

  • Violation of any terms within this Terms & Conditions document.
  • Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, manipulation, or bonus abuse.
  • Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) requirements within the stipulated timeframe.
  • Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months with no login or betting activity.
  • Voluntary account closure requested by the member.

If your account is suspended due to a suspected violation, s9asia will conduct an internal investigation. If no violation is found, the account will be reinstated within a reasonable timeframe. If a violation is confirmed, any account balance linked to the breach of terms may be forfeited. Balances derived from genuine deposits (not bonus credits) that are unrelated to the violation will be returned at s9asia's discretion.

Section 9: Privacy & Data Protection

S9Asia takes the protection of members' personal information seriously. All data collected during registration and platform use is secured with 256-bit SSL encryption and managed in accordance with a strict privacy policy.

  • Your personal information (name, phone number, payment details) is collected solely for account management, transaction processing, identity verification, and compliance with applicable legal requirements.
  • S9Asia does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
  • Your financial transaction data is not stored directly in s9asia's systems — all card and bank account details are handled by licensed, PCI DSS-certified third-party payment gateways.

Section 10: Limitation of Liability

  • Any loss or damage arising from the use of or inability to use the s9asia platform, including financial losses resulting from losing bets.
  • Service disruptions caused by technical issues, scheduled system maintenance, or events beyond our control (force majeure) such as natural disasters or internet infrastructure outages.
  • Third-party actions including hackers, cyberattacks, or third-party failures that cause disruption to s9asia services.
  • Betting decisions made based on inaccurate information, misunderstood odds, or errors in reading betting markets.
  • Losses arising from a member's own negligence in safeguarding their account security and login credentials.

Reminder: Betting involves financial risk. You may lose all funds you deposit. Only bet amounts you can afford to lose entirely. Do not use money needed for daily living expenses for betting purposes.

Section 11: Responsible Gaming

S9Asia believes betting should remain an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a source of stress or financial hardship. We are committed to providing a safe and responsible betting environment for all our members in Malaysia.

Self-Management Tools
  • Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits in your account settings to keep your spending in check.
  • Loss Limit: Set a maximum loss limit for a given period so you never lose more than you can afford.
  • Session Time Limit: Enable session time reminders so you stay aware of how long you've been on the platform.

Section 12: Amendments to Terms & Other Provisions

S9Asia reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be announced on the platform and take effect immediately or on the date specified in the announcement.

  • It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of the s9asia platform after any changes to the terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
  • For major changes that materially affect member rights, s9asia will endeavour to provide at least 7 days' notice before the changes take effect, via email or in-platform notification.
  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in s9asia's operating jurisdiction. Any disputes arising will be resolved through a mutually agreed arbitration process before formal legal proceedings are initiated.
  • If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted to the extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
  • The official language of these Terms & Conditions is Bahasa Melayu. Any translation into other languages is provided for reference purposes only.

FAQ – S9Asia Terms & Conditions

As a general rule, bets confirmed on s9asia are final and cannot be cancelled — this is standard practice across the global betting industry. However, exceptions exist, such as when a bet is placed on a match that is subsequently cancelled before it begins, or when there is a clear technical error in the odds displayed. In these specific situations, s9asia will void the relevant bet and return the full stake to your account balance. The Cash Out feature, available to VIP members, also allows you to cut losses or lock in profits early on selected bets.

If you wish to voluntarily close your s9asia account, any cash balance in your account (excluding bonus credits that have not met rollover requirements) will be returned to you via the same payment method used for your last deposit. This process typically takes 3–5 business days. Bonus credits that have not met rollover requirements will be forfeited upon account closure. The rollover requirement is the number of times you must wager the bonus amount before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
